Best book cover ever?

Lolita, by Vladimir Nabokov:

Don’t know who the publisher is, or the designer, but whoever chose that pic is a genius.

It really is! It blows me away. Of all the covers of Lolita there are, this is the best one. It doesn't give you loads of someone's view on her, and no movie images. Just the innocence of.... what it looks like, and at the same time, the feeling of being cornered, shut-in, nowhere to turn.

I love it.

Very good choice indeed. Could be viewed as the closed legs of a young girl wearing white underwear, and as Caty said, the cornered interpretation works as well.
